Worked for me, Thanks.

In my case, the issue was file name - it had emojis and other unicode characters in it. I removed them from video titles and then I could import them.

Im not pissy at all absolute genius method welldone and thankyou yes it 100% worked haha 😅dont get all pissy awesome man peace 😅😅

This was working for a long time and now it doesn't... I wanted to check what you had your settings at but that's what I did so it must have been an update or something screwed it up... oh well thanks anyway I know at the time of posting that did work at least!

Well I see why we aren't using this at work now. Too fast-paced to spend time transcoding. I was really hoping for an alternative to Adobe. Not to mention my computer was getting super hot while using Davinci. The software doesn't seem as polished as I expected.

Still works great! I noticed I have to launch a project and import it just as your video details. The drag-and-drop approach, with the converted media file, will still give you the error.

I don't gonna use da Vinci resolve any more it just give me a kind of depression
The interface is not user friendly
Sometimes video don't import
Sometimes video gets import but it doesn't import audio
Like what the hell
I gonna switch to after effects hope that will be easy to understand
