This does not do Notifications or Reminders! This is just highlighting cells!
ОтветитьWhere are the reminders and Notifications? Is there a way to get Excel to give notifications and reminders without having to manually open Excel? Notify me so I can open Excel and see what is in alarm

Ответитьi want my execl reminds me the due date via whatsapp notification is it possible ??
ОтветитьCan i set rules for columns for example every 90 days my gas detector needs calibrating. So 2 weeks out the columns would go yellow then the date it's due and beyond it's red?
ОтветитьStill struggling with this. Say I want "01/20/23" I would expect to select that format then go back to that field and type in "012023" and have it fill in the forward slash. But it doesn't work on any of the formats I select. It is maddening.
Of all the computer programs I have learned Excel is the most baffling in that you cannot navigate it intuitively. It is truly designed for only a handful of people to understand who wish to dedicate their lives to it.
Well explained
ОтветитьSuch a misleading title. Highlighting is different than sending notification!
ОтветитьTHANKS, IT IS REALLY HELPFULL
ОтветитьCan this be setup to send a email or text message reminder for the date range?

ОтветитьIt is a really useful thing for you to create notifications and reminders in Excel! Thank you!
Ответитьits not working in my side . i enter the formula but keep getting an error message which doesn't recognize it as a formula
ОтветитьHow do I make it to show past due dates highlighted? What would that formula be?
ОтветитьIt doesn't work. I've gone through this video numerous times now and nothing changes. What am I missing?
ОтветитьPerfect. Thank you for showing this very simple to follow how to video
ОтветитьHow to connect phone reminder to excel
ОтветитьThe window of "new formatting rule" is very small in the video,I couldn't see what you are writing..
Ответить=AND(G2<>"", AND(G2>TODAY(), G2<TODAY()+30))
Ответитьit is not a reminder or notifications
ОтветитьWhile the video was quite helpful, the title of the clip is somewhat misleading. I was searching for a solution to notify (as in e-mail notification) when something's changed, all other results were topical except this one.
Keep it up, though! Cheers
Today is 6/26
Yeah we're on the same day but a year later 😄
Thank you!
ОтветитьThis is great! How would we modify the formula if we wanted a reminder that would last 2 whole weeks before the Due Date?
ОтветитьThis trick was saving my day, thank you

Ответитьnice video man
Ответитьi need desktop notification with excel. is this possible?
ОтветитьHow do I make my conditional formatting for the due date and anything past it? and copy that to all cells below?
ОтветитьHi, Are you able to make reminders only counts business days? For Office 365 for MAC
ОтветитьSir how about if I want how many staff has expired certificates?
ОтветитьIs there any way of creating a kind of separate "summary" sheet to show lets say expired and expiring in <3 days? I have conditional formatting for my big data sets which works great but what if I just wanted a quick view of the expired and expiring soon items on a separate sheet which auto-populates. Is it possible?
