Brother I have a very simple question regarding your appointment,how did you get refusal slots so easily in between these attempts ??? I'm asking because of refusal slots available usually months after any rejection

When I enter the site and select the previously refused option, I see that the date of the interview is far away approximately 10 months, and my university will start in January 2025, and if I select the regular option, there are close dates available, so I am asking you to what I have to do.

Thus visa officer get triggered when you say that you are in your family business. I also got refusal this august 5 I am planning to defer still I am in my family business as a business operation manager and I am applying for Business Analytics course kindly reply it will be a great help!

I received approval for a visa yesterday, after facing two prior rejections - one from a U.S. officer and one from Canada. all of which occurred in 2023. Interestingly, the same officer who had denied my application in 2023 was the individual who ultimately approved my visa yesterday( going for a fully funded PhD scholarship.)

I had an integrated masters degree in computer science for which I travelled to bangkok for my graduation ceremony as the course has been finished during the covid and graduated in dec 2022 (work expe of 1 yr 3mon) and I want to do masters in software engineering in san jose state university, but my visa got rejected now on june 5th 2024(i think the main reason was i mentioned i had masters and bachelors degree in my ds 160 so specifically by filling it seperately), so i am not understanding how to improve my profile and reapply for visa for this fall 2024. Any US visa for an Indian is out right invasion on to US. They just come to leave filthy India behind and live permanently here. First it was H1B visa, now they found a loop hole of F1 visa. All student visas applicant are fake students but an immigrant.
