Lol everyone trying so hard to convince themselves this will affect them but all the diamond and below viewers have so many bigger issues in their decision making that a minor stats difference on items and abillities is nothing.

As a Qiyana player for me Qiyana is so weak right now in this season from 50% dmg in passive now 40% like wtf...Qiyana is dead now in this season

Honestly the last and this patch solves a lot of issues LoL had, but by far not all. Sadly however it kinda killed a few champs, like Ivern who is legitly unplayable atm. or some of the old school casters like Heimerdinger (he needs a buff, especially auto attack dmg & speed and granate flying faster and stunning in the whole field, not the very small center) and Anivia. Imho also every champ without a dash and low mobility (like the three champs mentioned before) have rather big issues as of now, because they can't survive long enough to escape or maybe win the fight. And sure some champs are just downright op - looking at you new not overloaded and well balanced champ from the void and ofc Volibear (go full tank and deal way more dmg than both adcs and midlane casters combined ... srsly?).

As expected, Tahm top became insane again. Those tank item buffs alone could make him a good toplaner, but on top of that his passive got a HUGE buff. 1.5% of bonus HP translates to around 30 more on-hit damage in the mid game and 50-60 in the late game. It's a lot, especially when paired with lethal tempo. Also his Q deals more damage thanks to passive and heals more.

Rn Tahm is unbeatable in lane, scales well and does well from behind as a peel for the carry. Nearly 54% WR speaks for itself. He basically got + 6% from this patch, I can't believe riot thought he wouldn't be OP. I won 7 games with him and lost only 2- to Fiora and Gwen I think? So yeah, unless he gets counterpicked by %HP true damage he's a freelo. I strongly advise playing him or dodging if he's in enemy.

I think you underestimated Zeri's buff a little bit given that she can now do any kind of nonsens with her w dealing 200+ damage on rank 1 already and her scaling being a lot more scary.

Glad to see Zoe survived somewhat. I really wish they would change her Q to % max health+AP to help against tanks and to make her more useful. I'll still play her because she is by far my favorite champ, but her Q damage after 12.10 has really dropped off, it's only going to get worse now with all of the tank item buffs.

TL;DR We're back in season 0-9 where tanks ruin the game. Fed ADC? Doesn't matter. Tanks will chase you down and slap you to death, and all you can do is tickle them.

I see no point in playing adc in low elo. Farming 25 Minutes, hoping no lane fed, just to run away from a 4k hp, 300 armor tank is just not fun at all. You need your team to play around you and barely anyone will ever do this.

riots so dumb, buffing irelia and trynd and lethality... people who got boosted by their elo inflated champs WILL have a low winrate in the patch immediately following. U have to give those boosted players time to actually learn to play the game before considering their winrate

The lethality item changes and Lethal Tempo nerfs didn't make it into the final patch, but they were on PBE. I'm guessing that this video was prerecorded with the PBE information while it was still subject to change, as I'm pretty sure that a Rioter tweeted a few days ago that they weren't shipping the Lethality changes yet.

How are they buffing all of these tank items in lockstep with ranged Eclipse, lethal tempo and Kraken nerfs. This patch is feeling as bad or worse than the back half of S11 for ADCs

Riot lost a lot of points in my book for nerfing Eclipse and Lethal Tempo for ranged champions, and for the Kraken nerfs. Those were the only two mythics in my core builds… now every marksman mythic is annoyingly weak (against materially buffed tank items)

Just call it the Irelia patch, she's unbalanced and this makes her even more powerful
