Does the game give the option to conscript girls and women into the armed forces? Either way, December 1944 was much too late for the Third Reich. The best they could have done was try and surrender to just the western allies and deploy all available troops to obstruct the Red Army in any way they could. In fact, that was the best they could have done at any point.
