I paid 39 euro for them while I had been "partying" lol. What a total waste of money. The audio settings on the base unit do nothing, the sound is thin and has little r no bass. Dont waste your money.

I can't get into nine. My Grandson did something to my password while playing with it and lost my user manual also.

Yes this is where I am stuck. I paired it to my phone & it keeps telling me to unbound. 😢 I wish I had viewed this video before purchasing these ear buds.

I ordered these not able to connect to android phone. Very disappointed. Tried with and without app.

This is my first pair of open ear buds and they're much more comfortable than the in the ear buds. I can never get them to fit properly in my ears. Thank you for letting me know I'm not wrong about the case! LOL I also couldn't see the purpose, and the app made absolutely no sense to me, either. If you read the instruction booklet, I got the impression that they're telling you that the app is very necessary. I agree that it's not.
Still, not bad for the price, the comfort is worth it. Thanks for your insightful video!

Not working. Confusing directions

These are JUNK !!!! DON'T BUY THESE !!!! the sound is crap, and the instructions SHIT !

I just found these today for $4 in a thrift store still sealed. Not bad for cleaning and podcasts. I lose my earbuds when i take them out to talk to people. I love that i can still hear wearing them but also find my earbuds from the case if i do!

I just purchased these, as I don't care for buds in my ears, and they fall out. I am reluctant to open the app, and I think they want you to pay for the service. I really only need it for music.

Got mine and just opened and paired. My screen is in chinese😢

I bought mine from ebay the buds work but case doesn’t charge looks like the c port was installed too far back contact seller get no response from them

Actually bought it because of the case. I like it because it’s easier to turn up the volume while I’m watching a video on break at work. Or when listening to music while walking. It’s easier to pull the case out than my phone.

Does this have an SD card slot ? I saw something mention you can add an SD card but I can't find it

I got a pro for 20$... Sounds decent at that price point, i like to use ear pieces in bed and i needed something that wouldn't hurt

I purchased these as my Apple ear phones fall out while exercising. Wow, am I ever disappointed. Sure they stay on while working out. The sound is atrocious. I have tried all of the setting and it still sounds like I am in a tin can. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT.

i wish i never ordered this. Yu cant even get an email to the customer service. nophone number, whats the purpose if i cant get them tocharge. I have tried everything in his video, i want to know what he said he touched which caused it to not connect to charger the first time.

I have tried plugging them into a samsung charger for an hour (they were dead when i got the) now i cant get them to charge. any advice

Basically about you saying about sound leak ,more like music cancelling kind of like noise cancelling cause someone can hear your music what you listen too? But this ear buds i gave it a 5 cause now i can use it for work cause its loud area that i can barely hear our radio stereo , which this ear buds will not hurting my ear which my other ear buds does. You can't adjust the EQ very well when you go to the app

But you can charge your phone and just used the case

You can download you phone book to the device and dail by name

They are very comfortable! Sound is not bad!

It seems like many of you may have experienced the same issue that I had, so I hope that this helps: When you use your phone to pair the ear buds, before you even search, an option of Q16 Pro shows as a pairable option. DO NOT USE THIS OPTION. Actually use the SEARCH option and the YYK-Q16 Pro option should appear. This option will pair the earbud to your phone. The only problem that I faced after this was that the earbud does not AUTOMATICALLY disconnect when you put them back in the case. They will stay connected and you will even still hear them playing. You will have to disconnect them from the connected devices on your phone

I disagree this is perfect for Uber or even doing Lyft so I don't have to grab my phone all the time

Can't even get the app to connect to the case it doesn't even find the device

I purchased these and I cannot get the earphones to work. I’m 2 minutes away from throwing these in the trash

I've had it for a few days, tried it today. I tried with and without the app. I can connect the Bluetooth, but I can't get them to actual work? Like they're paired, but nothing comes through the earbuds? I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.

What about testing the waterproof and sweatproof feature

I got the Q16 pro.. Opened it yesterday and tried to pair. I did see the pairing come up on my phone but wouldn't connect. Today I notice only one head phone goes on when I try to pair and the pairing code won't come up on my Bluetooth anymore. Not sure how to fix this.

Thank you very informative and appreciate all your tests and grades. I agree that the screen is redundant. The case size seems ok due to the size of the charge ports inside that needs room. So I only use to charge. So very light and comfortable. I had issues with wired earbuds years ago with fit and falling out. I got these as my brother couldn't hear me when I used my phone speaker and I needed to try something. Price was great for this trial of over ear as I wear glasses. There is no issue with wearing or removing glasses. Will try walking while on a call, but I will likely just use these at home. Liked shared subscribed. Have a great day!

I didn't download app either. Rather sketchy. Do like the fit- shockz made my ears hurt. But case is only good for charging. So I guess lesson learned.
