ОтветитьThis might sound so odd, but I really love hearing you breathe. I am always a hard/heavy breather when it comes to yoga and hearing someone else breathe makes me feel less like I'm huffing and puffing and more like, yes, this is what it sounds like! I hope that makes sense! :)

Ответитьidk but the Indian Yoga somehow is very different from the one here. the movements are too fast, there is no time for breathwork, throughout I felt like I am rushing through for the first 5 minutes. maybe it works for people who prefer workout or power yoga ...but this definitely is not yoga with gentle breathwork. Nothing against the practitioner its just way too rushed out to be called yoga! which is all about meditating with your body.

ОтветитьThis was beautiful. I’m just now restarting my yoga journey after a super rough pregnancy (and birth!!!) and this morning 10 minutes of bliss. The sun was shining through one of my windows just so, my heart rate was activated, muscles I had forgotten about were stretched, I’m beginning to slowly ease back into my body again. Love it!

what do inhale in and inhale out mean ? Do they mean that get air into the nose and get out through the nose? Inhale out =breath ?
and when she says inhale mean I have to inhale in and inhale out or just inhale in ?

Wow, that was a quick 10 minutes. I usually am ready for a session to end, even a quicky. But this one I was like, "that's it?" So fun to catch myself totally into it until the end.

Had a bit of a long day with alot going on so showing up again was truly a strength. I currently have/had a headache. After I did the practice, I noticed that it lessened (which is great of course) Really glad I have these practices to look forward to 💗
