Lord I hope you kids never get into more powerful fuel types.. using a metal pipe that's that thin and stuffing it with a rocket fuel is another way of making a grenade. You don't need anything metal for that kind of fuel, just use heavy cardboard.. that way when it fails the fragments don't have any metal in them...

You obviously don't know what you are doing. Until it hardens it is too moist to burn properly. You are just guessing and it doesn't make you appear any smarter.
You over heated the mixture, unnecessary and unsafe. You didn't wear gloves or safety goggles and that is just plain dumb. You are an unsafe amateur.
Maybe do some in-depth research before attempting anything like this again so you don't lead some other person to get hurt following your poor example.
