Crown Chakra Healing Guided Meditation | Healing Camp 2016 | Day #7

I woke up with a horrid tightness/pressure in my solar plexus area and after this meditation and filling my body with light the pressure feels instantly relieved!!! I've been doing these chakra meditations for almost a month now and am really enjoying the difference I'm noticing, thank you! ✨😇

Okay, so despite going through university and learning about mindfulness meditation I was always skeptic as I have ADHD and struggle to wined down.
Today at 2pm I wanted to refocus my mind for my evening shift at work so I tried this video.
I held clear quartz in one hand, amathest in the other and I felt total relaxation listening to this. But something else strange happened.
I'm not sure if I fell asleep (but knowing me that's very unlikely) but I felt the presence of a man trying to hand me something. It looked like a purple object being pushed inside a box and him handing it to me.
I broke this connection unintentionally and came back to the words on the video. Then towards the end I felt overwhelming happiness with tears and a sore throat. But I came away from this in the most wonderful but unexplainable feeling 😮

This was the most euphoric feeling I have ever experienced throughout all of the chakra openings! Wow 🤩 I literally felt like I was having a body orgasm I felt closer than ever to just leaving my body! Even just the seed “aahhhh” felt sooo good NAMASTE 🙏

This will make it a week of meditation, I will pay close mind to how I feel tomorrow. Today I felt quite tired. But I have had dreams with my deceased cat for the past few nights which has made me feel like she's still very close to me, always miss her though.

This was the most powerful meditation I’ve ever done a white figure came to me while I was meditating & they held my hands and meditated with me! I wonder if it was my spirit guide. it shook me. thank you 🙏🏾 so much ❤️

Im on day 7, wow have I felt my energy shift in the most positive way. I do end up falling asleep as I am doing these meditations as I settle in for the night. Thank you
