Thanks,I removed that searchmenow gg thing and an extension called "Apps" from Google,but for edge the malicious extension is still there but turned off,is it still dangerous?

When I’m trying to uninstall suspicious malware on my computer, it asks if it can make changes to my hard drive. It asks this when I try to uninstall anything as usual, but I’m still scared to press allow

When I tried to delete the google file, it needed administrator permissions, which I could not do. I could also not remove the hijacker from prefered search engine and an uninstall app from my computer in general, all due to note having admin power.
