There is a lot of ‘UH’ and and ‘A’. Is it really band 9 ??

I need G-IELTS scoring total 7 & minimum 6 at each section ... It's really headache, I failed two tests before ... How can you help me ?

Is it better to speak full 2 minutes in part 2?

Or less than 2 minutes?
If i speak 2 minutes and the examiner say me your time is up.. Does it impact of my score or is it good if i speak full 2 minutes?

Is the accent important when you are evaluating candidates' speech?

I wonder if the panel judgment is always reliable or it depends on the eximinar himself ?
