How often should I water my tomatoes? (I've been watering every morning.)
ОтветитьMy tomato leaf curl on themself..I don't know why xD
ОтветитьOmg I didn't know it was over watering I though it was just growing so much that it stretch it ou hahahaha I'm so stupid hahah
ОтветитьWhen you guys talk about "mulch", do you mean regular landscaping-type mulch? I have tomatoes and peppers in grow bags and often hear I should have mulch on top, but I still don't know what that means. Thanks to anyone who can clarify!
ОтветитьI don't eat tomatoes but this is our second year growing them. Our family and neighbors love them. I need to know more about better planting them.
ОтветитьSure like to see a ripened tomato from you.
ОтветитьShould paint that brick wall in back with some bright colors for your channels backdrop.....please & thank you. 😊
ОтветитьIs pollination difficulties becoming an issue? This is the 2nd video I've seen someone talk about this. Mason bees are 120x more effective than honey bees and its easy to build them homes. Good luck to you and ur plants 🪴
ОтветитьTIP- A Gardening Fertilizer success. We first made our own bio char. Filled several large plastic bins 1/2 full of the Bio-Char. Then we put Choir/soil mix with Red Wigglers on top.. These Tubs were maintained feeding and watering the Red Wigglers (worms) on top of the Bio-Char for approx. 1 yr. We dumped three large tubs in the Planned garden area this year and our Tomato Blooms look like Dandelions-(Super Blooms). The other plants thriving include Squash, Cucumbers, Peas, Corn, Swiss Chard, Beats. This is a first year garden (1250 SF). Heavy Clay Dirt, the kind that is cement in the summer. Good Gardening from The Hipps
ОтветитьThanks for the 55% juicier tomatoes
ОтветитьThanks for that advice 👍👍
ОтветитьHas anyone ever tried to clones suckers to make new plants ?
ОтветитьI've never seen a single pollinator on my tomatos. And it's not cause they don't visit me. They just seem not to care. I see this guys every day flying around here. Different kinds of bees, vesps, whatever. The basil's flowers are always full of them. I have peppers blossoming and a very teeny tiny kind of bee seems to love them. They're very close to the tomatos. They touch leaves and even though I've never seen a single one of them even looking to my tomatos. So I keep shaking their flowers every now and then.
ОтветитьI planted my basil next to my tomatoes, what a fortunate accident for me!
ОтветитьI cut the tip of the suckers after they set the first flowers.
ОтветитьHow tall Trells need to be in back yard Garden can back to me this I buy a lot from Lowes hardware store in Ks
ОтветитьHow often can I fertilize my tomatoes?
ОтветитьThat entrance though 😂❤
ОтветитьTomatoes are so weird. I'll give it all the care and I'll die and then I'll see one growing out of a crack with a fruit on it already lmao
ОтветитьAt last every flower needs vibration it seems
ОтветитьI live VA housing. I formerly used mound system. My g-father & mother, taught me a lot about gardening & vermiculture. So, I'm considering getting back to my passion.
Last time I gardened, my cherry tomatoes totally took over, and couldn't control them.
Going to use broom stick to utilize window.
Just wondering what your view is on the water measure gages which can be placed into the ground or pot , to see whether tomato plants need more water?
ОтветитьThanks Kev!
ОтветитьAloha! What kind of twine are you using?
ОтветитьLiven do you think using milk for tomato’s for fertilizer
ОтветитьWe love growing tomatoes more than any other crop.
ОтветитьWhat's wrong when your tomatoes turn black at the bottom while they are still green.
ОтветитьI super love your channel 😍 I love gardening too 🤩
ОтветитьI have seen some conflicting advice on the internet and I was wondering if you could share your expertise on this. Pinching off the buds. Should we do that at all or let the buds turn into flowers?
ОтветитьThank you so much so many helpful tips!
ОтветитьThis year is all about the (roma) tomato for me.
All other vegetables can do nothing, and I won't take it personal.
Although, I'm not going to lie, I do appreciate my ornamental plants.
👍 I tried the best homegrown tomato ever last summer called a black krim. Ate it like an apple.😋🍎🖤
ОтветитьI use Tomato & Vegetable liquid along with Kelp and Fish liquid too for my tomatoes.
Ответитьlove all the tips but has anyone told you you look like the big brother of the property brothers?
ОтветитьMy tomato tree looks very tall and beautiful but im new to growing plants but so far so good. Im not sure if my plant will give me tomatoes because i don't see flowers. I learned with you that my plant is an indeterminate. Which signs do i look for to know if I'll get tomatoes?
ОтветитьBeen watching your channel for years! Love to see the evolution of your channel and the work you have put into developing your techniques and your brand! This tomato series especially is really well done!
ОтветитьJust trimmed my 1st tomato plant! Called the garden center to confirm it is an indeterminate variety. Happy 99th Grandma! (Her gift)
ОтветитьThere's so much confusion online some say feed from seedlings second leaves some say feed at first then everyone week some say feed every 2-weeks some say feed when it's fruiting so bloody annoying...watched another video he says he never ever feed tom plants until the first buds/flowers and he's been growing for 30 years...soooo confusing
ОтветитьDo you need to fertilize them and if so are there any things that I could use at home besides compost cuz my compost isn't ready?
Ответить“It’s cool. We’re just keeping on and living our lives” 🤣
ОтветитьThank you for all the gardening tips sir you’re awesome 🙌🏽 can’t wait to get your book. Blessings!
ОтветитьWhy wouldn't you want to prune that large "sucker"? Would it be worse to prune it, worse to keep it, or does it not really matter at that point?
ОтветитьFirst of all love watching your videos. My tomatoes leaves are wilting, but I’m growing two tomatoes I water it every morning. Does that mean I’m over watering it?
ОтветитьWe had a tomato garden and used a soaker hose and they would grow taller than our lemon tree
ОтветитьHaha the way you just drop in at the beginning lol love it, thanks for sharing
ОтветитьI had a big problem with souther blight last year. It killed all my pepper plants. So this year I pruned all the lower leaves just like you did to your tomato plants. This year all my plants look very healthy.
ОтветитьMan fuck tomoto's i get that shit removed off my burgers
