ОтветитьWow, been following you for 6 months ish now. Started off with beginners 10 mins doing it every day. Now moved onto intermediate. Still have issues with side plank and it hurting in my opposite hip. So doing easier one. But the difference is amazing. I had 3 c sections all 2 years in-between and my stomach never knitted back together. Fast forward 20 years, decided to follow you and do your classes. Absolutely thrilled with how I'm progressing. Have shared you to all my friends. Thank you so much, I'm really getting there x

I want to tell you in November my prolapsed bladder was more present than I had ever experienced. I took and followed a number of your classes to improve pelvic movements with emphasis on prolapsed bladder conditions. What a difference. I now rarely notice any uncomfortableness with my bladder. Thank you so much 🤗🤗.,

ОтветитьThank you so much for this. I've NEVER done pilates, I was afraid of them because people said it was very hard. I'm overweight, so I didn't even think of trying it. But lately, my arm is hurting, and i used to do hiit training and lift a few dumbells. I found your videos, started with 10 mns, and tried this one, I must say, I love your method. it's so gentle and non judgemental, and different body capacity friendly...❤
