The employees let go were the ones manipulating the system, Deleting followers and pausing likes to drive user engagement. Thus leading to The mental disturbances and depression we see in our young people. They were fired because they simply did not NEED to be there. It was elon's take the platform should stand on its own without insider staff manipulations & playing with people's mind said emotions. Social media manipulations doesn't affect older people. But it does young people because they take it serious. The fallout impact of their evil work was far reaching.

I’ve seen tweets that were extremely hateful before musk bought twitter. The increase in hate speech is only due to the previously censored side having a voice now. I’m sure there will be a limit to free speech on the platform. But, at least it won’t be one sided. The thousands of employees that were fired evidently weren’t keeping twitter going. Seems to be working better now.
