4 side EPS packaging machine and stacking machine for EPS cutting line

Hi everyone, I am Fiona, In this video, we will show you 4 side EPS packaging machine and stacking machine for EPS cutting line.

In this test, we tested a total of 10 small packages of EPS boards that were manually sorted by the operator.

Here are the dimensions of the small EPS packages:

- Dimensions: 1000X500X500 millimeters
- Pallet height: 2000 millimeters
- Pallet layers: 4 layers

Now let’s see the whole video, the manually sorted small EPS packages are being packaged by the 4-side EPS packaging machine one by one.

The EPS small packages wrapped by the PE film will be temporarily stored at the alignment workstation in front of the stacking. When the quantity reaches two packages, the alignment push plate driven by the cylinder will align the two small packages. Subsequently, the stacking robot arm picked up these two small EPS packages and stacked them.

After that, repeated this action and finally arranged these 8 small packages of EPS sheets into a total of 4 layers of large stacks.

The completed large stack will be conveyed to the PE stretch film packaging machine by the power roller conveyor. After the PE stretch film wraps the completed large stack, it is conveyed to the discharged roll conveyor.
