Incredible. I saw Steve and his band in York in Nov 2019. It was an incredible show.

Nad Sylvan is more Peter Gabriel voice's than Peter Gabriel...

"... but there is in fact more earth than sea". I find myself analysing this at 66-yrs, as a bachelor. When I saw it live with my 6½ft girlfriend at the time, In Liverpool, most probably, in 1973/4, it didn't seem to matter.

This version is awesome but I do have one question. Did Steve Hackett actually play during the keyboard Solo in the original? All I can ever hear is Mike Rutherford's rhythm guitar the drums and Tony Banks keyboard. I've always been under the impression that Steve Hackett didn't play during the end. So I was anxious to watch and see what he does here only to see that he ends up playing the rhythm that Mike plays and the guy on 12th string and bass guitar is playing the notes on bass guitar witch of course not how Rutherford played it. So I'm just asking does anybody know whether on the original Steve Hackett played during the keyboard solo back in the day? Glad he did this time I love Steve Hackett

Steve Hackett joins Genesis. Steve and the band produce epic tunes. Steve leaves Genesis. Steve forms a new band playing...........Genesis. WTF? Steve should have just stayed with the most excellent progressive band of their time. Steve wasn't the most prolific member of the band anyway....it was all about Tony Banks, Peter, and Phil anyway. I can't stand Steve's singer anyway. Ugh.

Selling England by the pound.... Is just a magical journey you can listen to over and over again... An absolute masterpiece. Iam 50 and listened to this in my dad's Jag in the late 70s and totally fell in love with it 👌
