Richard. I want to sincerely thank you from the bottom of my hart. I lost my job an could not pass interviews, so me and my wife became homeless. I went to Starbucks everyday to wash up and study for my interviews. When I would fail an interview I wrote down here I felt I messed up and what videos to strengthen my weaknesses. Me and my wife would sleep under a free way bridge and it was extremely hurtful as a man and provide to consistently be rejected after interviews. Hi Richard. I have 3 scenario for the assessment tomorrow. How to give a professional answer for this 3 scenario?



Scenario 1 - Missing Partial Item, Demand for Redelivery.

Situation Customer contact for reporting missing partial item issue, Customer ask for redelivery. But according our SOP, we are not able to proceed redelivery arrangement for partial item affected. We can only issued refund/voucher based on the item affected. But customer insist for redelivery.






Scenario 2 - 1st Agent provided wrong info, Customer dissatisfied & complaint

Situation : You was the 2nd agent who handling the customer complaint. Customer contact again as not receiving refund after 24 hours (Refund Timeliness been informed by 1st Agent), However the actual refund timeliness should be 3-5 working days. After you explain again to customer for the correct refund timeliness, customer feeling disappointed about our professionalism by giving wrong information at first.





Scenario 3 Foreign object

Situation - Customer complain that the food found cockroach, and keep fussy and complaining.

Can you please make a tutorial on graduate civil engineering or entry level civil engineering job.

Hi Richard, I have a virtual group assessment tomorrow morning for an employment advisor role. First part will be about a situation where we need to give advice to the client based on the facts given, and the second part will be role play with the interviewer. They will make it as difficult as they can playing the client. Any tips or advice? Appreciate your help😊

So, I've had the pre-interview interview and answered the questions: Tell me about yourself and what made you apply for this position. what 3 things do I need to be successful etc. Now I am moving on to the next round which is an hour interview with the team lead of that department. 
QUESTION: I really want this job and so I am wondering what questions I should focus on to prep for this interview? There was no description or instructions provided just a 1 hour meeting with the team lead. It is for customer support for an SaaS company. I don't need to be terribly tech savvy (don't need to know how to code or anything) but they want someone who is a great writer, detail oriented, etc etc and definitely software savvy, which, I am.
