Less ice in the drink will make it taste WEAKER not stronger.. i never understood why punters would moan over ice in drinks... like.. the drink is MEANT to be enjoyed cold... spirit snd ingredients are NOT COLD. (unless you're lucky enough to tend a bar who chills certain spirits, but on the whole this isnt done anywhere) meaning it MUST be chilled down somehow.. ice is the usual accepted way. white russian is my fav drink. but i rarely order it when i am out. i tried so many different bars of different price classes and qualities but no success so far. its either to heavy on vodka or the wrong cream. maybe i am just very picky. i like the versions you showed here. the seconds one comes much closer to what i do at home than the first one though. since i have almost all ingredients for number 3 i will definitely try that one! great stuff and thanks for giving this great cocktail a stage

I use 1 ounce of vodka, 1 oz of irish cream, and 1.5 oz of coffee liqueur. Shake it over ice for 20 seconds and then it goes into a rocks glass over spherical ice.

option 3 looks fantastic, I got this silicone shaper that allows water to slant in the glass and freeze into ice once in the freezer, I use it mainly for doing my bourbon concoctions but I started doing the 3rd variation of the white russian that way, by far great job, really getting me back in my old bartender groove, thank you sir for helping bring back that spark💯🔥🤘🏻
