ОтветитьI love the workouts but have you ever considered recording audio with instructions? I'd make it much more easier, plus with only a 10 sec break while handling and changing dumbbells it just isn't enough time I had to keep rewinding every single exercise.

ОтветитьHey, can you do more glute workouts with deadlifts included that are much shorter? I really would love this to be one of the main exercises used in my glute routines, but most of the glute workout videos I've seen don't include them.

Ответитьit took me just a week of this kinds of workouts to hear people comment about my toned up booty. That gave me morale. But I have also realised since you want to build you've got to eat at least 30 mins before. finished my 21 day booty challenge now am on to a 30 day, after 21 days it becomes more of a habit and is more fun
ОтветитьThe sumo squats and the Romanian deadlift really hurt my lower back, I don't know if it's the quickness of the reps, I'm only using 5-lb dumbbells... I had to stop because it felt like I was risking an injury 🙁

ОтветитьI consider myself strong, do CrossFit and lift really heavy. This workout murdered me. I had to drop the weight quickly. Realized a lot of imbalances I have. I need to incorporate this like, several times a week
