How is the sauna holding up?
ОтветитьTerrible video. 8 minutes of weights and holding your little dogs. I want to see the sauna. Can’t even get to the point after all that. WTF
ОтветитьOk look show the damn sauna not y’all working out half the video.
ОтветитьI built my own a few years ago from a cheap load of Siberian larch and some big left over slates and lead. Since then it's become a constant process of refinement. Last upgrade was to the sound system and smart bulbs behind salt blocks for the lighting. It's one of those things you can go on for ever sanding, rounding and coating with sauna paraffin. Those barrel saunas look decent enough though if you don't want the hassle. Cedar is not cheap and should last a long time.
ОтветитьGreat vid. You seem like a dead on fella. Did you work out the cost per session re. Electric?
ОтветитьNo link!!!????
ОтветитьHad to watch over half the video to finally get to the sauna info
ОтветитьAre you still using it? Any updates on your sauna use after 1 year?
ОтветитьHow hot dose it get?
ОтветитьCuriious how it's holding up after the rain and seasons. That is my main concern.
ОтветитьHey Craig, just curious why you chose a traditional/stone based sauna over an infrared sauna?
Ответитьnow you just need a pull cord cold rain shower to complete the true Scandinavian Sauna experience. Skål !
ОтветитьHow long does it take to heat up to temp? Thanx
Ответитьany update on electric costs from the sauna
ОтветитьHow hot does it get? At least 180f?
ОтветитьI didn’t understand a word y’all said
ОтветитьLooks GREAT!!! Enjoy! 🔥
ОтветитьMy wife and I built ours in about 3 hours. For a base I built a simple treated wood deck prior to sauna kit delivery. Then had an electrician hardwire the 220 which did cost an extra grand.
ОтветитьThis has to cost a lot of money lol….I’m thinking about getting a portable one.
ОтветитьBought a sauna. Here a thumb nail.
Here a video of lifting for 20 fucking mins first. Here's the sky.
Bro next time just title "Here a video of my fucking day" so you don't waste everyone's time.
you can switch the oven to a wood burning one
ОтветитьSpeaking of electricity bill going through the roof - I'm planning to get a wood fired sauna instead 😉
ОтветитьI bought an infared sauna from a rich couple that was moving. I payed a measly $400. :)
ОтветитьYou look very Norwegian.
ОтветитьThat is just so cool to see barrel sauna in UK. Enjoy those hot steams and remember to take cold❄️ shower between steams. We call steams in finnis löylyt. Enjoy. 😃
ОтветитьHow long did it take to build
ОтветитьCostco is in the USA right??
So did you buy this sauna from this USA shop, and had it shipped over to the UK??
False: Sweating removes toxins
It's true that sweating occurs during sauna use, but there is no scientific research that proves sweating detoxifies the body. Toxins such as alcohol, mercury, and aluminum are mainly removed by the kidneys, liver, and intestines.
Barrel Saunas also available in Montreal Canada, under the name Montreal Saunas.
ОтветитьYou listening to Hindi Rap Songs 😂. My day is made.
ОтветитьThe benefits of sauna have been shown to be replicated through the use of a hot bath. Might not be everyone's preference but definitely a more affordable option. Plus you can add magnesium salts which will absorb transdermally for that additional muscle recovery benefits
ОтветитьWeb say elec costs for 8Kw heater is £1.60 for an hour . You could improve insulation by adding polystyrene Celtex to unseen area of barrel or if you put Shingles/tiles on roof put foil blanket insulation under these. What thickness are interlocking cedar planks as thinking of buying and gauging the quality of various suppliers ? Thanks
Ответитьthose yellow walls in the kitchen are horrible. dont be that english lol.
Ответитьbruh im happy if i can pay my rent and buy enough food. A sauna maybe one day... maybe....
ОтветитьWhat's the max heat this sauna can produce?
Ответить5 minutes of off topic bullshit before getting to the Sauna.
ОтветитьJust a little advice Checkout the glues that were used and how much EMF is discharged Both, if you have to much EMF and toxic glues you will cancel any positive effects
ОтветитьI just got hired at a sauna and we have a cold plunge as well. Within the last two weeks I have probably put 11 hours in the sauna w/ the 15 mins of cold plunge a day and I have never felt better.
ОтветитьHarvia perkele 🇫🇮
ОтветитьI'm skeptical of the health benefits. If you enjoy it, I say do it.
Ответитьthere is no shingles...this must leak bad...
ОтветитьCold expore could be use old milk bulk tank.
ОтветитьWhat's the cost put a link in the description pls
ОтветитьI built one during lock down. Can honestly say best thing I ever done just pop in anytime then under outdoor shower freezing cold. Lovely. I'd you haven't got one get one
ОтветитьThe winter hat indoors is so effing lame
ОтветитьI built mine on a Trailer and it has been my best investment ever...definitely better than any Jab rescue. I do 4 x 20min sessions at 230 F with a plunge in stock tank between sessions
