I born in Budapest and I spend the first twenty years of my life there. I’m living in the US but I’m going to visit my family and friends every year. To watch this video makes me homesick because there are many places of childhood memories and I miss my parents so much. We lived at Buda side at Bartok Bela utca (street) next to the Gellert hill and the Duna (Danube). My first workplace was at the Alkotmany utca (street) very close to the Parliament. I’m coming in three months again this is the reason why I don’t have a very bad homesickness after this video.

I have just been in Budapest, for the first time. It is indeed a splendorous city, vibrant, full of history. The Danube River there is amazing, specially when compared to its channeled passage through Viena. Incredible historic buildings, especially seen illuminated at night. And with Holocaust Remembrance sights to see, reflect, pray and pass along the message: never again !

As a hungarian Patriot, this video made me cry.
