Brilliant watch makes me more confident in getting OEM parts from eBay motors
ОтветитьIt would be interesting to speak to the staff off site to see how the target times/kpi is enforced warnings/disciplinary etc. Having worked in manufacturing with these type of targets/scrutinised work rate its a horrible way to work and effects mental health and production, ultimately meaning high turn over of staff.
ОтветитьParts cost alot of money and to produce! Why destroy parts? 😮
ОтветитьKudos to eBay for doing this. This is the proper method of repurposing vehicles for the masses.
ОтветитьIt's a step in the 'wright' direction, just need to do it with the rest of the manufacturing world.
ОтветитьTrent in uk and trump in usa 😂😅😊 .. happy Christmas 2023 guys
ОтветитьWas thinking about this concept a few years back... glad to know somewhere there's a sample running... great job ... reduce reuse recycle . Build to last.
ОтветитьThere cars look better than the one i am driving
ОтветитьLoL... Scrapyard Alsatians. Every yard had one
ОтветитьScrapping all those pretty new cars... Crazy
ОтветитьAmazing.
ОтветитьYou could never have "Scrapheap Challenge" in this place.
ОтветитьAll props to this BUT the elites do not want cars on the roads in the near future so I'm surprised this is being pushed
ОтветитьABSOLUTELY fascinating! Brilliant!
ОтветитьBought an engine and various other parts from Trent recently...very reasonably priced, excellent delivery times and very well packaged...been very impressed with the parts i've bought and will be using again.
Ответитьbrilliant to know thanx 4 sharing dude
ОтветитьSoon people will be unemployed with the arrival of electric cars, no one will need these car parts anymore!!
ОтветитьThose guys are impressively skilled and knowledgable. Think of the number of models, each with quirks for how to remove parts without breaking them--especially all of those infuriating plastic tabs and clips.
ОтветитьImpressive, admirable, and much-needed.
ОтветитьIntegrity and flow, great job guys
ОтветитьNot before time. However isn't a bit late (like landfill) If we are going to have to shell out thousands for an electric car (in the very near future) what is the point of all these unsuitable spares. Incidentally what is the future for any petrol/diesel car if these propellants disappear?. Perhaps the future is to electrify the car we have then the spares might just come in handy
ОтветитьHave you seen their prices, often cheaper to buy new new.
ОтветитьАвторазборка на ультрах
ОтветитьThe guy at the end in the crane has the most satisfying job in the world
Ответитьonly problem with this is your paying for the upkeep/overheads of the car dismantler i would rather goto a local scrap yard and pay 50% less for the same part.
ОтветитьThis guy is making 1000,s of £,s a day in profit - and thanks ebay for its help... 😂.
ОтветитьBattery pack = battery
ОтветитьIs there any equivalent company in the USA selling on eBay?
ОтветитьOr to put it another way, some of these folks in Europe are not very good drivers.... think I'll stay here in the US.
ОтветитьVery very interesting. From a documentary production point of view maybe should have had a purely action video (i.e. no talking heads) with a voice over giving all the info because, bless him, Mr Trent is a very clever business man but he can't string a sentence together to save his life. Just saying that the video would have been more polished I think.
Ответитьlook at all these PETROL AND DIESEL cars that look fine, the smallest crash and they scrap them, and people complain about EVs lol
ОтветитьObviously the scale of his business enables a stunning discount from eBay. However, when I sell something on eBay its sickening how much they take off me. If they weren't so greedy it would be 10 times the size it already is.
Ответитьwhat do they do with the crushed bit in the end
ОтветитьThis is cool. I'd like to see more of this for other products as well
ОтветитьThis only shows how wasterful is UKm because high labour costs makes basically new cars go to scrapyard
ОтветитьEnglish = mediocre. Looks good but comparing to Pick-n-Pull is just a petty man's dream.
ОтветитьUgg, was liking it until the inevitable lecturing of green, CO2, doing your part for the planet, essentially I'm a polluter unless I buy from them. Really a big put off watching an extended green advertisement talking down to me. I'm so done with the green crazies.
ОтветитьDidn't see any quality testing or testing of any components? Also referring to the guy stripping down the door as "this guy" the CEO clearly doens't know the floor staff, which is an issue, a good boss takes time to learn peoples names, story and struggles so that they can provide a good work expierence and retain staff.
ОтветитьAmazing
ОтветитьThe crushers are always my favorite part
ОтветитьBrilliant!
ОтветитьOEMs and stealers rage intensifies😂
ОтветитьI'd love to work there, I'd honestly quit what I do now
Ответить... I wonder how many of these come in stolen vehicles? With this method I reckon they have a better chance of finding and returning them.... Box by box.
ОтветитьSoon be more people employed dismantling cars than building them! Life can be hilarious! 😂
Ответитьwith seeing almost new cars being scrapped with minor damage, where perhaps 20% of the parts go for direct recycling.
I can confirm that in our consumer society it is necessary to put a 300% registration tax on cars, which must in no way be refundable!
regardless of driving force.
however, it does not have to expire if the car is "totally damaged" as you will be able to build 2-3 cars together for 1.
Vintage automobile enthusiasts; the original car recyclers
Ответитьim amazed with this type of work, no eye ear protection, no hard hats. No OSHA over there I guess.
ОтветитьMost of those cars look like new, not like the've been on a terrible crash or something.
Ответить
