How To Start Music At Specific Time In TikTok (New Editing Features In App)

My app looks different. No such sound editing feature

Is there a way to cut a few seconds from the sound to start somewhere else?

why does the app leave out parts of the song like the intro? I don't understand why tiktok would let users utilize the WHOLE song but the intro or first 10 seconds are inaccessible / not part of what can be included in the video you are trying to make. it's stupid plain and simple.

What I hate is the fact that I had this on my old phone but not my new one
