How to Register for HDFC Net Banking the first time

I m new hdfc customer, when open my kit , and try excess ,My pin show invalid what can i do, same with mobile banking it also invalid, plz help

I hate the Indian language because I do not understand anything please speak english

I got my envelope containing all documents like ATM brouchers n net banking password. But the question is where will I get my customer id
