I through a full roller 7th board for moderate lanes and lanes a little oilerer i use the 10th board. although you both boweld well proud of you both good job and nice approach and release keeagan

I really enjoy watching your videos. I don't know if you care for tips but,I'm going to give you one that my coach gave me. He had me stand in my starting spot on approach and told me if that if doesn't work from here to foul line, from foul line to pins will not work , he drilled me same speed on approach , hit mark and keep arm swing the same . I have carried over 200 average for the past 25 years
