I tried to change but they were asking me to e-service fees 29.40 and icp fees 122 could you guide me if you have any idea plz??

Hi, madam thank you for this information, but still i want to know that - I visited a nearby typing centre and they said because my visa is from Dubai so they cannot do it from Abu Dhabi.

I didn't get a point if I can change via online then why the typing centre office cannot do that..?
