ОтветитьI like this method. But I do this with my back against a wall to prevent my torso from twisting. I am not a flexible person at all and my body like cheating.
ОтветитьDr. I have a doubt since I have had an injury on both sides for 1 year because he is lifting some dumbbells and then I felt like a tear on the left side and then on the right and on top of that I feel that my shoulder is blocked, and the muscles of my left side back hurts too

ОтветитьI’ve tried multiple doctors and had every test thinkable done. Everything come back “normal” and yet I still have a pain in my right side just below my rib cage. It’s been going on for 16 weeks now. I always feel a tightness there but as soon as I try and run, step ups, jumping Jacks, jump rope it completely cramps up with a knife like pain. I am an athlete so I need to be able to run to compete at a high level. Am I missing something? Do you have any ideas as to what it could be?

ОтветитьI'm going to try this. I've been experiencing ribcage pain for a year now. It prevents me from sleeping well because it's so uncomfortable. I've had x-rays done, but i can definitely feel that it's extreme muscle tension. It's so painful 😣😭 I'm so ready for it to be over.

ОтветитьThank you for this!!! My anxiety has been really bad lately, causing tension in my rib cage. I couldn't sit comfortably, was constantly icing the areas on and off. Only relief I would get was when I could finally fall asleep. I followed your instructions while watching the video (like 20x over and over lol) and within 15 minutes I felt some serious relief in my rib cage! Thank you 🙏🏽 I will be coming back to video for reference!

ОтветитьThank you so much it is 3:30 AM I couldn’t sleep because the right side of my ribs were hurting and thanks to your technique It works so well. It hurts at first but after you do it. it releases so much pressure.

Standing lateral flexion that area is tight. My PT thinks QL but I'm thinking otherwise. Maybe the external obliques or serratus posterior inferior.
Actually I feel pain under right rib cage when breathing deep. My right neck and shoulder is also paining . What to do?
