Born in 1990 but I only started watching anime from the year 2018 onwards. Ghost in the Shell and this were my first animes that I watched. There really is nothing like those two in the current year. This OP popped into my recommended. I almost cried listening to it. It's such a great song. Might be time to watch ergo proxy for the second time.

Just finished this anime today 9/10/2023 at 2:40AM. This show definitely left me with a lot of questions. And it was set up for a second season, but seeing as Ergo Proxy ended in 2006... No big chance of that happenind. Sigh. Well, I liked this show. It has a nostalgic quality to it, even though I've only seen it this year. Both the into and ending songs are just pure bangers. I like Re-L's design the most, though. I like her character too - and Pino was so cute

For me the must expression of art in anime world end with the middle of 2000. Especially between 2003 and 2008 i never seen so many Great story likes this

This anime was an absolute blast. In retrospective, if there were no weird magical monsters in it in my opinion it would have been even a better fit for the noir- cyberpunk vibes it had.
