ОтветитьMe docking in spaceflight simulator
ОтветитьThe video was great. The b.s. background “music” was not. It was very distracting to a very good video.
ОтветитьThanks 😊
ОтветитьI used to listen to the world service of radio moscow to pick up tiny scraps about their station program and various (doomed) mars missions. Your videos are fantastic - lots of new info even for someone who's been an anorak for years.
ОтветитьI was docking in Ksp and my space craft crashed into my space station same as mir
ОтветитьThe best thing about it is that this was real.
ОтветитьWould have been neat if they could have left MIR in orbit. It would have been a secondary ship, maybe for emergencies. Or as an emergency shelter in space. It would only get power during certain times, but for a shelter operation, sometimes best effort will just have to do.
ОтветитьThere was a cosmonaut that was in space for waaaaaay too long during all this, just no funding to bring him home. Not sure why he couldn't have caught a ride with US or Germany. I also believe he fell in love with the mission controller on the ground, they were later married.
ОтветитьGERM BALL
ОтветитьNo business in space. lol What a shit show.
ОтветитьI was reminded of the most difficult part of the old computer game ELITE: Trying to to dock to the space station without a docking computer (because you can't afford one yet).
ОтветитьMars is going to need it's own MARS ISS long before man steps on the surface of Mars for the first time . . .
ОтветитьThank you for the informative video. ❤❤
ОтветитьThe whole idea to attempt a manual docking in that manner was really bad. I don't know what mission control were thinking. People on the station were lucky to survive.
ОтветитьAs an American I think Polyus was sabotaged (from the inside?) and I think this collision was obviously an accident
ОтветитьIt’s funny when the Soviet space program is so full of red tape that literally overthrowing the government doesn’t put it out of business
Ответитьна российской космической станции мы исправляем вещи, сильно ударяя по ним
Ответитьthis is insane
ОтветитьThis would make a really good thriller film
ОтветитьMichael Foale gave a talk at my school a few years ago and told us this story first hand. He said the Russians had planned to evacuate but were told by ground control that they had no choice but to stay and try and save the station
ОтветитьI have strong Interstellar Flashbacks
ОтветитьTop 10 saddest anime deaths
Ответитьgood stuff sir!!
Ответитьplease make a video about the NUKLONE program.
ОтветитьI saw a nice view of the mir space station in the thumbnail of this video.
ОтветитьNice video and content!
ОтветитьThe tedious bail generally obey because dashboard ethnopharmacologically desert minus a living sardine. doubtful, weak metal
ОтветитьNice one hello from Australia
ОтветитьThis reminds me of first docking attempts in KSP ! They were .... explosive !

ОтветитьRED BULL JUMP FROM SPACE
ОтветитьThat background music is way too loud... and unnecessary...
ОтветитьHi this is david what if the iss fall form earth.
ОтветитьI completely forgotten about this before Mir was de-orbited. Great piece, Sir!
ОтветитьLove your content. Hate this music.
Ответитьimagine if the cargo ship was someone inside
ОтветитьSoviet then Russian cosmonauts would say their US counterparts are competent, very skilled but pampered and decadent. This is quite true.
ОтветитьRussia colluding with the ISS.
Ответить12 Democrats including Adam Schiff and Nancy Puglosi Down voted this video.
ОтветитьIn Russian space station, you are the speedometer
ОтветитьI really like the MIR, even though it was quite messy and small. It just looks so cool
ОтветитьTo think the Space Deniers would say that all this history was fake. All this drama developed to sell the idea that...
space is real but really dangerous so don't go up there, perhaps?
Unless you're government approved, I suppose...
I dunno... I think the logic leaps needed are enough to jump a couple of sharks, at least.
ever cheap out on your automated docking system
ОтветитьWe gotta clean space
ОтветитьLord Varys knows his space stuff huh
