Ответитьgoogle should've stayed with search engines, their phones are trash! the UI is horrible!!! google can NOT make anything logical, the UI on the phones is overly complicated and nothing is where you'd think it is...hard pass!
Ответитьpixel 6 pro user here, i would say youre very spot on about google customer service, its pretty non existent, my pixel has a charging issue they tried to not replace it with my preferred care then try to send me to a repair shop like yourself and i refused to do that due to having bad experiences with them in the past. its made me skeptical to buy more of their products.

ОтветитьI had a lot of problems with the Pixel 7 pro myself. I had issues with it overheating in the mid 23 degree british weather, the battery draining very fast when using the camera. I was on vacation in LA, id get up at 8am and use the camera when walking around to take around photos and by 2pm the battery would be on 25%. This phone is 5 months old and then going back to the room to spend 3 hours to charge it in its ridiculously slow 23w charging is painfully bad. 5 year old phones charge faster. The software was very buggy. Screen record for videos would crash the phone. It was laggy when pressing back. The screen in direct sunlight looks switched off its that poor! Ive not had a great experience overall with the Pixel. Its very temperamental. The finger print scanner sucks too vs the Huawei one. All of the 'Helpful' AI features including magic eraser are extremely slow & require internet connection to work (they are all cloud based & realistically could work on any phone). I vented my anger on the pixel community on Facebook & everyone just shot me down saying its a bad device but I know its not at all. Overall its just gimmicky software, some which is nice, but a lot i can easily live without. Its by far the most overhyped phone i've used & it honestly makes me wonder if MKBDH & co get paid to big it up.

Ответитьso whati think happened is theey send u back a rma phone that needed a repair since when u replace the screen you need to re calibrate the fingerprint reader u can do it urself its pretty easily but they should have done it for you or atleast put a note in the box to inform you and the volumerocker thing thats just unlucky maybe due shipping the clip holding it vibrated lose but shit man u unlucky as hell as a phone repair guy ive seen coming in hundreds of samsungs and iphones but never a google pixel so this aint often that their phones are flawed

ОтветитьI haven't had these problems in this video yet but it doesn't surprise me. I traded in my Pixel 6 that had worked for me for a year for a Pixel 7 Pro because of a good trade in deal. However, the screen is so faulty on this phone. I am on the third Pixel 7 Pro after replacing it twice and after a month or two the phone starts overheating and the screen flickering/tinted green/not even turning on. So now I basically have to eat a $600 cost since my credit only applies month to month so I can get a working phone. I can't repair or get any more replacements on this. I'm probably just switching to an iphone 15 or Galaxy S23... 7 Pro is a flop

ОтветитьMy biggest fear every time I buy any hardware. I live in Panama and everything I buy gets shipped to Miami to a shipping company that then ships to to Panama, basically if anything is defective, I'm SOL. I also have the Pixel 7 Pro, Pixel Buds Pro and they have worked perfectly, a month ago started having issues with wireless charging on the phone, but it was a software issue, and Android 14 fixed it. I am awaiting the Pixel 8 Pro with the free Pixel Watch, and this is my fear, to receive something defective
ОтветитьI accidentally blew one of the speakers next to the USB port, and decided not to bother RMA'ing it as I hardly care, but damn, I'll make sure now not to if Google will just send me a screwed up replacement in exchange.

Ответитьthey released the pixel as waterproof but, having fallen into the water, it no longer worked, google does not want to repair it because it is not covered by the warranty .... 900 euros wasted
