AppStore++ from CokePokes does the same thing, just hold the "get" button and select an older version to bypass

how to get around iTunes sign in? I try to download free app and its compatible but it asks me to sign in to iTunes which is never been signed in, after i click next it loads but nothing happens. Is there a work around?
