No hate but when I think of Thailand its all about making you dollar stretch....bang for your buck.. this is crazy high for an average condo.. id rather have a longer commute and pay less for something nicer. But hey if its in demand and they can charge that much so be it.. just seems like the oposite reason to relocate that way.

There are Greedy people…even in Thailand

I understand how location is very important in the price of apartments but honestly paying €3000 for such a relatively small space is still ridiculous to me. I maybe expected a bigger balcony as well so you could actually place a chair and table outside. The view is amazing but I have a feeling the empty lot in front of it will probably get something built on it eventually which will probably limit your view tremendously.

The building is pretty and looks very neat and modern. I just don't think paying that much money is reasonable?
