Ukraine should be doing more of this. Not purposefully targeting civilians but hitting spaces in Russia which will plant a few seeds of doubt in the Russian populace vis-a-vis their apparent unswerving (mainly) support for the Russian cause. After all, why shouldn’t Ukraine be allowed to directly hit Moscow? Russia has been directly hitting Kyiv since day 1 of this war. What’s always been a bit mystifying in this conflict is how Putin/Russia get all hoity toity when they experience a direct hit on their land, yet they are seemingly allowed to hit Ukraine with impunity. Last time I checked, in a boxing match both fighters are allowed to throw punches.

Hopefully, this serves as a wake-up call for the Russians, making them realize that Putin has led them into a full-fledged war, rather than just a 5-day "Special Military Operation."
