why did you use 0.03? won't it be 0.02 while calculating the p value?
ОтветитьUnderstandable 😊
ОтветитьIsn’t alpha supposed to be 0.098
ОтветитьWhy did the nutritionist bring a scale to the town meeting? Because she wanted to weigh in on whether the average weight in town XYZ is really as heavy as it seems! (a) Null hypothesis: The average weight is 168 lbs. Alternative hypothesis: The average weight is different from 168 lbs. (b) Let's calculate the p-value and see if she needs to put her scales away!
ОтветитьI cannot tell you how fruitful this video is! I have a quick question. Can you please make a video, how can we understand which test is it? is it a Z-test, T-test, or chi-square test?
ОтветитьMy CFA charter owes you a steak dinner.
Ответить❤❤❤love you for helping us in Statistics n mathematics❤❤❤❤❤❤❤great for helping others
ОтветитьWhy do we add 0.025 n 0.95
Ответитьgood video
Ответитьp value less than alpha means we need a greater CI or a smaller alpha . hence we reject it .If area greater or equal we can accept the null hypothesis.
ОтветитьP VALUE FOR A 2 TAIL WITH UNKNOW POPULATION STD DEV
ОтветитьThank you 😢🥹🥹
ОтветитьI really am grateful for you!! You can explain this a lot quicker than my professor. Plus, this makes sense. I really appreciate it! Thank you!
Ответитьfor the second example, why dont we compare the t-stats and the critical value like the first one?
ОтветитьHi good morning, please in this first example being solved, isn't the alternative hypothesis supposed to be greater than 168 hence making it a one tailed test?
ОтветитьThank you for this video. But for an unknown sigma or population standard deviation the test statistic used is t ??? Just bringing this to your attention . Thanks again and greats content.
ОтветитьI love you. ❤ Magda from Poland
Ответитьthank u so much it saved me
ОтветитьYou explain well👍🏽
ОтветитьAs always, THANK YOU for your great instruction!!
ОтветитьThank you 👏🏿👏🏿👏🏿
Ответитьthis video is just wonderful. explained very clearly and easily. Thank you!!!
ОтветитьhOW DID YOU GET THAT 0.025
ОтветитьExcellent explanation...thanks a lot!
ОтветитьFor 2nd question;
You are applying the formula of T-test but using z-table?
The formula of z-test will have the standard deviation of the population but in the question we have the std of sample so i think this should be a t-test and we have to refer to t-table?
estas loco
ОтветитьWish I had found you prior to 8 hours before the final
ОтветитьOrganic Chemistry Tutor - The Grade Saver.💙
Ответитьin question 1, shouldn't the critical value be found as t* rather than z* because only the sample standard deviation is provided, not the population SD?
Ответитьsaved my life. i couldn’t understand this for for the life of me
ОтветитьI love your videos keep it up
ОтветитьCan you please help us more so if we have a question we can post it and you explain it ? You are really great I wish you teach me statistics
ОтветитьThese vendors are very helpful and I have learnt a lot from you my tutor in university make the life is too complicated and difficult by putting too many inequalities and different numbers here and there without explanation!!!! She made me confuse and I don’t know how I should pass her test as it is a quiz online and I guess again with a complications problems I still could not solve her question is any other way I can pass it to you please to explain it for me ?
ОтветитьFCK THIS TOO MANY ADS!!
ОтветитьIn example one why we use 0.01 column and in the second example why we use 0.03 column
ОтветитьYou are so clear
ОтветитьThank you very much !
ОтветитьWhy don't we look at the T table instead of Z table when finding P-value ? I'm so confused cause my professor's using the T table to find the P-value then they compared it with t test
ОтветитьYou are the best
Ответитьthis saved my arse on an assignment thankyou
ОтветитьExcellent, helps me to understand Z test good, many thanks
Ответитьi can recognize ur voice from anywhere
ОтветитьI really enjoy your talk speed, and how you organize the topic. thank you
ОтветитьShouldn't we use the t score here, since pop std dev isn't known?
ОтветитьAfter 2 hours of struggling to get to understand this method... I finally found a good lecture....understood everything ..Thanks a bunch.♥🫡
