Ответить5 months ago in Oct of 2022, I was involved in an auto accident that caused trauma to my right hip and lower back. I was driving and the other vehicle pulled out in front of me and my left front fender struck the right front of the other car. I was thrown abruptly into the console of my car. Within a short time I felt tightness and pain in my lower right back and hip. Later that day I could not stand or walk. Tightness and pain began to subside as days went by. So I never received treatment other than a few chiropractic sessions. I've been performing various stretches and exercises on my own. After walking on my treadmill yesterday for 35 minutes I was fine. However, today I'm experiencing a little tightness and the heel and ball of the right foot is sore. I've experienced this foot and heel pain many times since the accident. Any ideas as to a plan to completely recover?

ОтветитьHey guys I have a question about the first stretch. I feel pinching in the front of my hips preventing me from moving as far as I need to get the stretch. Is that a bigger issue or could be the culprit for the pain in the back

ОтветитьI'm confused. In a few videos you recommend against the bending forward stretch ( 6.43 ) but not in this one? Is the key difference the slow rounding of the spine as you come down instead of having a straight back and trying to touch your toes?

Hi guys....i'm having sciatic pain and it's a nightmare to sleep.....i tried sleeping with pillows under my knees and between my knees but nothing helps it still hurts..... The only relief i get is while walking or when I take pain meds......i haven't slept well in days....any advice you can help me with?
