It's brutality and beauty all in one
ОтветитьI am lucky to love close to Sebring and have seen these and C7 run in person. However you dont "see" this car you feel it..rattle your bones, and skull. Video doesn't deliver the aural punch of this in real life. Even at track in spectator areas you feel it. AT Sebring you have paddock access and fans can walk the paddock and if you walk by when this starts up..well you wont hear right for a day lol. back in those days in paddock ear plugs were a normal thing for fans..in fact you may get a pair wiht your tkt or as merch from teams. Those were great days!
ОтветитьI think those Corvettes were made in hell ! That V8 sounds absolutely mental !
ОтветитьWow those downshifts are brutal
ОтветитьCorvettes, Saleens and Panozes...the best sounding cars ever
Ответитьthe downshifts are pure violence
Ответить7litre LeMans brutality
ОтветитьThis car is opening a portal
ОтветитьThis thing with back exhaust and X pipe would be unbelievable
ОтветитьTo all this, what is the maximum speed of this racing car?
ОтветитьThe last real Corvette. Happy to have once owned one.
Ответитьsexiest motorsports car after the m3 gtr
ОтветитьThe best Corvette generation ever.
ОтветитьHeard these at Le Mans over a decade ago, def the most impressive sounding racecar!💛😎
ОтветитьI'll never understand how Chevrolet made the racing engine sound like this, but they didn't do it for the roadcar engines
ОтветитьThe downshifts sound like cracks of a whip 🔥🔥🔥
ОтветитьA Corvette in its natural habitat. World Class performance.
ОтветитьBaddest racecar ever!
ОтветитьChevrolet LS2 and 3 Sound
ОтветитьBy far the most impressive car ive hard so far on a track
ОтветитьI was fortunate to see the C6.R race at the Petite LeMans in 2011, and the C7.R at Laguna Seca in 2019. The sound they made thundering down the straights was glorious, and ground shaking. I was at the 12 Hours of Sebring a couple of weeks ago, and was extremely disappointed in how neutered the C8 sounded.
ОтветитьWhen European calculus meets simple American arithmetic
ОтветитьThis monstrosity will forever be remembered as one of the all time greats.
ОтветитьWhen you watch the viseo of the aston martin AMR1 shows you how much these cars habe even been silenced
ОтветитьI keep coming back here to hear the incredible sound. There is just nothing that sounds like a big liter V8. Yeah, the C9 Sauber sounds great, don't get me wrong,
but the deep throaty roar of those big Chevys just can't be matched. LOVE IT !
What a mental menace.
ОтветитьA true american muscle sound.
ОтветитьDamn I didn’t realize the exhausts were chambered in 5.56
ОтветитьThis is my favourite car channel.
ОтветитьShake your boots right off awesome
ОтветитьGood lord. I should change my morning alarm to this engine note. I’d at least have a smile on my face before work
ОтветитьRe-watching this awesome machines...
My ears are in heaven...
Wishing the new so-called Corvette wasn't just a pale copy of something else...
I feel like I come back here every month or so just to hear the downshifts from the yellow vette and it just makes me happy.
ОтветитьI miss hearing these P&M/Katech V8s from the C5-7R at Road America. I’ll forever cherish those memories.
ОтветитьThe best
ОтветитьThe Best 🥰
ОтветитьVROOOM, PAP PAP
Corvette: My Bad I got a bit of a cough.
😍🙌
ОтветитьThe thing I always found most impressive about the C6.R and the LS7.R engine in them, is how low they rev them out during a race, essentially because they didn’t have to take them to redline to still make the car get up and go. It’s cool here hearing the engine being revved out, but man what a motor where it doesn’t even have to go near redline and can still keep pace and win races
ОтветитьThis does not do this beast justice, went to my first IMSA race in 2014 and these things flying by literally makes your inside shake
ОтветитьSo this is what freedom sounds like :)
ОтветитьAs a mopar guy, i must say that corvette does sound pretty nasty for a modern era engine. Similar to the amg gt3 but on steriods!
Ответить👌🇵🇹
Ответитьthe biggest big boy of them all. nothing else rumbles like a C6/C7.R
ОтветитьMy favorite corvette ever. And favorite american car ever
ОтветитьThis is the car embodiment of testosterone.
