My fan have some issues, it works for a moment and then stops. I've been told that although this is happening , the fan itself have no problem. Do you have any idea of what it might be?

For anyone doing this you need 2 screwdrivers: One for the outside (five-star screwdrivers: 1.2mm) and one for the inside (Torx T5 screwdriver). This is important as without both you cannot do this.

why are you putting paste on the small die? It is not even under the heat-sink. It is not supposed to have paste on it. The amount of channels I see putting out wrong info on this is nuts. I see it all the time on Windows Laptop vids as well. A cautionary tale here people.

Do not put paste on the small PCH die. It's not supposed to have heatsink contact.
