I like the upgrades it got for 2021. We bought a 2020 in June of 2019. We loved ours! The problem we experienced was too many people wanted to join us, lol. We regularly had 8-9 people in it. So we upgraded this February to a Grand Design 28BH fifth wheel. 1 thing to consider that we did to ours that we loved was we installed motion sensor lights inside the bedroom closets above the door. They were able to articulate up and down so you could adjust the light to point exactly where you wanted it. I hope you enjoy yours as much as we did ours! It will be missed 😢 but new adventures await!

Would I have trouble pulling this unit with a F 150 with tow package? V 8 5.0 liter

Nic looking set up you guys have. My only question is why you ent with the 7.3 f250 and not a 6.7 power stroke? Is there a soon to come video on how the truck tows and MPG? Only asking cause I’m on the fence about the diesel or trying the new 7.3.

Thank you so much for this tour! While I wait anxiously for ours now could you do me a HUGE favor? Can you measure and post the dimensions of those bathroom cubbies? Did you find the right size organizers you wanted yet? Also what are the sizes for the cubbies up front also?

We picked up a 247bh for our family of 3, 4 if you count the fur baby, in Feb 2021. So far we have been on 3 trips and love it. The Mrs has utilized all the storage in the camper with origination bins. The storage space under the bed is for chairs and table on the way out, then the little one turns it into a "secret fort" while at camp. The floor plan is so well laid out, you really do not need a side, but it does get tight when you have 5+ people wondering the trailer. The quality of our trailer is great. We have not had any major issues (knock on wood). We have friends that bought another brand in March 2021 and have been back to the dealer 3 times to fix big issues.

What size floor runner do you think would work better in this trailer, A 7ft or 10ft?

Does this camper have an outdoor shower? Looking at getting this camper this was a great review video

Does the bathroom door open when sofa is made into a bed?

Is the heater propane or electric?

Could this be towed with a 1/2 ton with the right set up? (I have a sierra 1500). Great review!
