How to Mark Telegram Messages as Unread (Android)

Useless video, it doesn't make unread for the sender

If someone has sent me a message and i have seen it and then if i decided to mark it unread then does this mean that sender will now see a single tick and not a double tick for the same message he had sent me which i had already read prior to unmarking it? I'm confused.
