An Ex of mine, looking into our synastry, I still have to talk to him to this day because we had 4 kids together. I was curious to see our synastry. There is a lot of Saturn energy going on in the chart. My Saturn conjunct his Sun in Leo, in the 12th. Then his Saturn squares all my personal planets in the 1st, in Virgo. Makes sense while in the relationship that I felt he was controlling vs me being controlling. I was reading that the saturn conjunct sun person would feel controlled, which was so untrue in this relationship. It makes more sense it was the opposite because more saturn energy was reflected onto me because it was directed on my Mars, Venus and Mercury in the 1st house.

I have this with a romantic interest/friend of mine and he does push me to grow up with his Saturn in Cancer. He is somewhat of a homebody, he cooks alot, saves money and is always "taking care of home" in some sense and I admire this so much in him. I wish and actually strive to take on those characteristics as a Cancer Sun. My Mars is also conjunct his Saturn and he tempers my emotional outbursts and moods with such subtlety. I definitely feel this is a very sobering and wise influence in my life. So much to learn and take in. Id like to add though that Saturn in Pisces is different because life challenges you with empathy. So if one persons saturn is in Pisces and Pisces sun yet the Saturn person is in the 12th house. It really might not kill the happiness. What do you think?

Aw... I was hoping to hear a few words on Saturn trine Sun in synastry.

I have Sun opposite Saturn synastry tight orb with my significant other where he is a Saturn in Capricorn person, and one thing I am positive about is that he is not restrictive, limiting, controlling or disciplining in any way, shape or form. So I have absolutely no idea what this video was talking about.
