Why I can't connect to mongodb localhost?

i put wrong userid and password but it redirect to homepage, it not showing login failed

I added a search box in HomePage.js file but i can't filter the products in it...can u help me plz?

bhai ...why there is no need of register page and unregistered users also can login in the website without doing registration on site.....i think only register user can login
