Zoho CRM Beginner & Advanced Workflows Full Tutorial

Hi! Wasn't there a convert option for the leads module? I remember I once saw a workflow rule to convert my leads into contacts / accounts / deals. Was it replaced with the "create record" option? If so... what happens with the lead once the rule triggers the creation of contact / account / deal ?
I don't want to have duplicate records.
