How to Fix Galaxy S23 Auto Rotate Not Working

Mine is greyed out, so I'm unable to select this option for the lock screen on my s23 ultra... any ideas?

It is a shame that this happen on such high end phone!!!

I don't have a rotate icon at all

If you pay close attention yes it says auto rotate but as he clicks it it says portrait before clicking it it's going to say portrait instead of auto rotate just a heads up 💯
