Rainbow Six Siege Lag Fix for HD 520 or better

I did experience latency with the commands of cmd lately, so here are the commands to revert it back to normal:
bcdedit /deletevalue useplatformclock
bcdedit /deletevalue tscsyncpolicy
bcdedit /deletevalue disabledynamictick

now restart the device and disable hpet from device manager as one command above enabled it
