See's 'Speedflip Trainer' for Bakkesmod... which is the first time i've seen that mentioned anywhere, ever. Yeah, that's going to be the game changer.

I've been trying to learn how to speed flip for so long now, I've watched countless videos and even tried changing my settings lol. Nothing worked. But less than 30 minutes after watching this video, I actually hit the ball in the training pack. Thank you so much!

Pressing boost while double tapping jump with the same finger is underrated.

After some hours I got if a lot of times that everything at that that speed flip plugin was green. But still never hit the ball once somehow

For some reason, in Musty's pack, after I move for about a second the timer goes all the way up to ten seconds.. also the plugin doesn't reset the stats that were displayed from the previous attempt

I can do everything but the timing of the flip cancel I just can't do it fast enough

Accidentally taught myself method 3 a while back before I knew what a speedflip was. I remember hearing about speed flips and looking up a tutorial, just to realize I already used speed flips in my gameplay, just using air roll to do a diagonal flip, and then canceling and adjusting to land.

Ye btw you can do 1.9667 on kbm but you need to do it in 60fps as far as I tested (5minutes) I couldn't get it on 120fps. If you put you fps to 30 you can get one with 1.9583.

Is there any way to do it without air roll because my DAR key bind make it very difficult

First time i'm actually commenting a video but you helped me learning the speedflicks in a way no one ever could. I saw so many tutorials and I just gave up on this mechanic. Btw i'm training since few days and I did a speedflick and touched the ball at 1.9417s (couldn't reproduced it unfortunately) but I got it in record if you are interested. Keep on with your content, you're the best !

Does anybody know why directional air roll doesn't work for me? I've tried both right and left and my car just spins. For example: im holding left air roll, starts boosting, front flip with a cancel back and it just do a barrel roll. Like what

I’ve practiced speed flips for years and could never figure it out. Watched this video, went into the musty training pack and I finally hit the ball 😢 my problem was not canceling the flip early enough. Awesome video!

How in the hell are you double jumping while holding down x ??

I uh, I sometimes hit a time of 1.95000s. Is this an error on the mod's part or?

Edit: Last hit was 1.9417s. I'm not sure this is significant, or if it's just me misunderstanding something, maybe this doesn't even matter due to the rounding of the numbers that you mentioned, and the tick rate, but it seems to happen consistently enough; meaning I can replicate it without any significant amount of time passing between tries.

Does anyone else get consistent greens all round on the bakkesmod plugin but still not hit the ball? Ive gotten 10 or 20 attempts where everything is green im directly heading towards the ball and i have never hit it, its the right training pack aswell i checked the code

Your method is amazing, just started practicing 2 days ago, 1 day was awful lol, the second day i could hit the ball in the pack, and today i can already do in somewhat consistently with your method... In just 3 days of practice i learned my favourite mechanic. This guide made it possible, encourage everyone to at least watch it and try his method

What if you have power slide bound to the same button as air roll?

Can anyone please tell me what I'm doing wrong if my nose is just hitting the ground and turning me around? I just can't get this down for some reason and idk what I'm doing wrong.

i have boost on b and jump on a so i let go of boost for about 40 ms usually any tips to fix that lol

Is it a bug when it says at the bottom to press boost instead of the acceleration button? It shows up on almost every attempt and im only holding my boost button and my air roll button.

Very poggers, and thank you for including a section about us KBM players. It's really hard to find good KBM specific tips, and it's hard to know what things translate between controller and keyboard.

It's funny how the natural feeling of down/up on the stick doesnt actually match true up/down input directions on the controller. I believe this is a design flaw in modern controllers.

For example, the up input direction of a Gamecube controller is actually slightly to the right, and the down input direction is slightly to the left (the whole thing is rotated clockwise). It feels completely natural to the biomechanics of your thumb. It runs more parallel to your thumb.

Just a random thought that no one ever really considers, but would be super useful if designers took this into account.

ong. By far THE BEST guide for speedflips. I fully understand it now.

Also want to add that im in the process of switching to controller from KBM. But i wasn't a regular KBM player. i used Mouse movement for all aerial control. So bindings would look smth like this:
Air Steer Right : D
Air Steer Left : A
Air Roll Left : MouseX
Air Roll Right : MouseX
Pitch up : MouseY
Pitch Down : MouseY.
In my 3k hours, i only met 1 other player that had those settings. And tbh, there's +/-'s With those bindings. But to stick to Speedflips, As i getting better and better on controller, Those KBM bindings are BY FAR the easiest way of doing a proper to perfect speedflip. But stuff as constant air rolling, becomes a problem as mouse pad isn't infinite lenght 😂
Also to add half flips also by Far easiest to do with those bindings as holding Shift [Air Roll] blocks the input from air roll R/L [MouseX], Holding shift makes a 100% straight flip, then u just need to release shift and do the cancel+Air roll R/L which are very very easy and close to 100% consistent..

I'm doing the same training map on pc with plugins but my timer has 1 sec instead of 2 why?

I’m not fully convinced the ball can be hit lol I keep feeling like I hit it and it just poofs. Is the time that you initially start the speed flip part of it I’m a bit confused. I really appreciate your vid’s. I can now air dribble because your vid and your in depth explanation is 10/10. Best tutorials I’ve found so far.

How do you feel about regular vs directional?

Been training for almost 4 hours still can’t hit the ball in the speed flip test,I think the problem is when I do the speed flip it sends me to far away from the ball so even though I could hit it I can’t cause I’ll be at the side of it

I can maktuf, I can consistently hit triple stall resets in game as well, I can do all sorts of ceiling shot variations, air dribble, breezie, murie, rapid flip reset, I have still never figured out how to consistently hit speed flips can only do really good standard kick offs
