Nespresso Citiz - How to Video - Programming Coffee Sizes

So I can’t seem to figure out how to put the metal plate onto the machine where you put the mug.

Some help would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, 2 weeks ago I got a new Citiz, however it seams like since day 1 I changed the settings, I already watched many videos on how to set it back to factory settings or adjust te amount of coffee, but nothing is working. (BRAZIL)

How do I adjust extraction time for 40ml should be 30 seconds not 10

I can’t get my new CitiZ to pour more than 200ml!
I never had a problem setting my old Inissia to ~240.
It there a max of 200 on the CitiZ?

Hello! My mom programmed my coffee espresso citiz machine without knowing and now I can't seem to be able to reset it. I tried the 5 seconds hold while the machine is turned off but nothing happens. Do I have to wait that is blinking while heating up to press the lungo button ? It seems that I can just keep programming it only now :( We are from Norway. Thank you

How do you reset it to the 40ml setting?

My Citiz stopped making my specific size cup of espresso. I did everything except reprogram it (since I didn't know you could.) This video helped big time!!!
