Double jeopardy refers to a specific court. You cannot be tried for the same crime twice in criminal court, but the civil court and military courts are different courts

I don’t agree with the eminent domain part. Even though the Constitution states that the government has to pay you a “fair price” define fair price. They can give you a low ball number and say that’s fair price and if you don’t agree with the price they declare eminent domain which is basically allows them to use armed robbery to steal your property. Eminent domain is theft.
