I tried it twice last nights, but haven't succeeded yet. I also taking sleep medications (diazepam), when i listening this sound every night while a sleep, can i than train my self to have out of body experiences?

I have never astral projected on purpose (yet), but I have done it by accident. I was definitely in the "lower" astral though, and saw an entity that looked like a skeleton, and felt very negative. I got scared and was pulled back to my body. I've always had lucid dreams though, and often dream of being able to float/fly. I've had a lot of spiritual abilities for my entire life, and have been hoping to understand them and train them, but my very negative physical life always gets in the way and clutters my mind with worry, stress, and depression. All I've ever wanted was to experience what lies beyond this world, and return to my true home, even if just for a while. I hope I can start this journey now.

Fell asleep listening to this and woke up to the most "stuck" I have ever been in sleep paralysis. If I hadn't fought it so hard I could have easily projected. This works.

I was trying this last night and I didn’t astral project until I woke up this morning and went back to sleep. I lifted out of my body halfway before I was like “oop nvm” lol my body felt heavy and it was vibrating when I would want to wake up. I think the biggest issue for me is that I was too focused on my physical body and how it felt that I panicked. I was also afraid of seeing the spirits/entities I see in waking life. I mean I was prepared for it considering I always see/feel them around but I was overwhelmed with how my body felt as I was leaving it and just stopped from fully astral projecting. I’m going to try again, I know I am safe and protected I was just too focused on the physical, also kinda terrified of how will I get back in my body once I’m out kinda thing lol but I was able to see my surroundings while my eyes were closed. I’ve been able to do that already but this time it was crystal clear and not foggy. It was really cool
