What an absolutely incredible film. Tears in my eyes at the climax of the battle, shouting NO at the top of my lungs at every brothers death. I can’t believe I haven’t watched this until now. The storytelling, voice acting, compositing, animation, sound design, musical score; everything was insanely good. Could not have asked for a better retelling of an already incredible story.

I have a theory about the movie changing from black and white to color.
The closer Grimaldus thinks he is to his death things become more clear. That’s why the scene where his flag falls and the temple crumbles around him seems so bright and clear, he’s finally meeting his fate.
That’s why the movie goes back to the wavy black and white in the epilogue. He’s confused because he didn’t die when he thought he should and instead must live when all his brothers fell.

Loved that dying Guardsman. Its like she was hanging on as long as she could to do her duty, and only let go when one of the Emperor's Angels told her that it was okay. She did her duty.

This deserve a proper cinema adaptation. Not in direction but this shaky black and white bits were hard on eyes. But after all a great movie and i don't mean that in a fan animation but in proper movie category.

What an incredible cinematic art piece. This fanbase is extremely talented and passionate.

If high Marshall Helbrecht tells you to wait, you wait, not walk away like a toddler lmfao. The chaplains lucky he didn't get 1 punched in the back of the head and sent through the warp for leaving his testosterone back in the armoury.

Armageddon is Ullanor....if you dint know. The fabricator General just moved the planet to loot it for old tech. During the war of the beast it was supposedly teleported into a sun. Vangorich killed the fabricator General for his treachery...asassinorium had a doppelganger act as the fabricator General for a long time and I find that funny.
