Phimostop: how to cure phimosis without circumcision surgery

I'm 17 and just figured out that you can pull back your foreskin. I've been trying to retract it, but the most ive gone is exposing the head and a bit more. I just get really nervous when doing it, i feel a small bit of pain. Am i doing it wrong? Do i have to see a doctor?

IM 20 YRS OLD and i cant retract my foreskin even when its flacid or erect... when its erect , i try to retract it but i can see a type of nerve which is connected from my pin hole from where i urinate , to , the foreskin... so when i try to retract it , it feels as if the nerve will break

What about for my situation, I can pull it back easy no problem when it’s soft but when I’m erect it only pulls back to the tip and it’s hard to pull it all the way back, I’ve done it but it makes my glans inflame and hurt since the foreskin gets stuck a bit and it’s like choking the head

If u can see your 30 to 40% gland the it can be completely cured without any equipment or surgery u have to do only exercise of penis with some lubricants or some steroids cream such as betnobet gm etc because i cure my problem by this routine

Never had issues my whole life until these past 3 years...
I have another type of Phimocure kit... I seemed to work at first, but maybe I neglected using it all the time, not sure. Anyway, now the only way to clean the glans is via Qtips! It's that small of a hole.
I feel helpless, and worry that very soon I'll have no alternative and go for circumcision. Being late forties, it wouldn't be a great thing to go through I'm sure.

I had this problem and was so happy to get it sorted using oxycodone 10mgs from my soccer injury to numb the area and then stretch very slightly with Qtips, slowly increasing from 1 Qtip on each side to 2 then 3 then 4. It wasn’t a fast process but the painkiller massively helped the numbness and pain in the early stages. In later stages could stretch and desensitize in warm water in shower and sleep with the Qtips in. Now everything is normal! Gracias a Dios.
